YOU WILL NEED:

300g SR flour  150g butter melted                                                                                100g caster sugar                                                                                                      150g clear honey                                                                                                          2 eggs                                                                                                                        150ml sour cream, juice and zest of half a lemon

22cm Bundt cake tin.

Preheat the oven 160 fan force

Add the self raising flour, melted butter, caster sugar, honey eggs, sour cream, lemon juice and zest into a bowl and beat until smooth. Turn into a greased and flour dusted cake tin and bake for 40-50
