Damaged Items

Undeliverable Packages

We cannot provide refunds for undeliverable packages. Please ensure your postage address is correct and check your tracking number for updates.

International Orders

Once packages leave Australia, they are untraceable and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Refunds and returns are not accepted for international orders.
