Returns & Refunds
Please check measurements before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As we are a small business with limited stock, please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at prettyhomestyles@gmail.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised items, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, please contact us at prettyhomestyles@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Undeliverable Packages
We are unable to provide refunds for undeliverable packages. Please ensure your postage address is correct and monitor your tracking number for updates.
International Orders
International delivery is available. Once your package leaves Australia, please use the tracking number provided to monitor your order. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
